I am a queer, non-binary, award-winning officiant and best-selling author with a golden retriever heart. I was put on this planet to grow and celebrate love, especially among those of us who have longed to be accepted and embraced for who we truly are.
For nearly 20 years, I have manifested my life purpose as a Love Celebrant, helping hundreds of couples feel seen and cherished on one of the most important days of their lives, and beyond.
I’m known for daydreaming at the piano, holding onto hugs too long, and needing at least one hour to walk my dog Rizzo around the block so I can stop and chat with everyone I see.
Ready to hear something that might not surprise you? I cry at every ceremony. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I am deeply sentimental, and being that close to such genuine expressions of love and joy moves me, always.
MY WAY ONTO THIS PATH
I knew I was queer at a young age. What I didn't have, for many years, were words for my gender. I moved through the world feeling just slightly off, aware that something essential in me didn't fit the categories available.
It wasn't until my 40s that I found the language that finally clicked: non-binary. With that naming came relief, clarity, and a deep softening. A sense of coming home to myself.
That journey taught me something important: when we feel truly seen and celebrated for who we are, something magical happens. Our love feels more joyful, more alive, and more true. That is exactly what I get to create with you.
