Hey, I’m Lauren and I help people grow love within themselves…and then celebrate, express, and share that love outward in ways that feel honest, alive, and authentic. My work is rooted in one guiding truth: love begins within, and everything else grows from there.
My Way Onto This Path
I knew I was queer at a young age. What I didn’t have, for many years, were words for my gender. I moved through the world feeling just slightly off, aware that something essential in me didn’t fit the categories available.
It wasn’t until my 40s that I found the language that finally clicked: non-binary. With that naming came relief, clarity, and a deep softening. A sense of coming home to myself.
That journey taught me something I now see everywhere: when we don’t feel fully seen or loved for who really are, especially within ourselves, it’s hard to love and express ourselves outwardly. Our words feel borrowed. Our celebrations feel muted. Our joy waits patiently for permission.
How My Path Evolved
Nearly 20 years ago, I began as a wedding officiant, helping couples create ceremonies that reflected who they truly are. Again and again, I watched people light up when they felt permission to speak in their own voices and honor love on their own terms.
Over time, something became clear. The ceremony wasn't the beginning. It was the expression. The real work was happening earlier, in self-acceptance, inner belonging, and the quiet courage it takes to say this is who I am.
That realization shifted everything.
My work evolved from crafting ceremonies to creating spaces where people root into self-love and let their words, relationships, and celebrations grow from there.
